Refund and Returns Policy

At Animal-TV, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the details of our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Customers have 15 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return. After this 30-day period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
• Personal care items such as beauty products.
• Downloadable software and digital products.
• Gift cards and other promotional offers.

To start the return process:

2. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to ship the product back.
3. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Check your bank account or credit card statement.
• Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at and send your item to the address we provide.

To return your product, you should mail it to the return address provided by our support team during the returns process. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
